Who receives a message
Validated submissions are stored as private, unapproved WordPress records for publisher review. The WordPress administrator address is still a placeholder, so the theme withholds email notification and does not display that address as a public contact. An authorised WordPress administrator can still review the stored record.
What this form can handle
Use it for a source correction, privacy request or website fault. It cannot reach BC.GAME systems or resolve an account, payment, withdrawal, promotion, game or access issue. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, identity numbers or financial secrets.
Validation and retention
The form uses a WordPress nonce, a hidden honeypot, server-side validation, a fixed purpose list and an IP-derived five-minute rate limit. Accepted records receive a deletion timestamp 30 days after submission, and a scheduled cleanup removes expired records. The privacy page records the unresolved controller and email fields.
