Controller and contact gate
The legal publisher and privacy controller have not been supplied in the BCGAME Publisher settings. No legal entity, address or private email is invented. Privacy requests can be stored through the publisher contact form, but email notification is blocked until a verified recipient is configured.
Hosting and processing locations
The site runs on WordPress and its traffic passes through Cloudflare. The contractual hosting provider, controller-processor relationship and definitive processing locations have not been supplied for publication. Routine server and security logs may be handled by the host and network provider under their own configuration.
Contact form fields
The form collects purpose, name, email, message and privacy consent. It also derives a short-lived rate-limit key from the request IP address. Accepted messages are stored as private, unapproved WordPress comments so an authorised administrator can review a correction, source update, privacy request or website issue.
Cookies and analytics
No public analytics script is configured by the theme. WordPress may use administrative or functional cookies when an authorised user signs in; ordinary public reading does not require a site account. Any future consent-gated analytics must be added to this policy before use.
Retention and deletion
Accepted contact records receive a deletion target 30 days after submission. A daily scheduled cleanup deletes expired records, with a retry if a large batch remains. Hosting-log retention is not yet documented. A deletion request can use the publisher contact form, subject to the current notification limitation.
Data minimisation and security
Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, identity numbers, wallet details or financial secrets. Form input is validated and sanitised on the server, and notification subjects are built from a fixed purpose list. No contact record is displayed publicly.
